Safe Storage project for one of India’s largest manufacturing companies with a turnover of more than USD 1.5 billion.
Due to some strategic initiatives being pursued by the company it had to urgently shift its crucial records to a safe site for safekeeping as well as to ensure complete confidentiality & timely retrieval of the same. The timeline was within 15 days and the quantum was more than 25,000 files. Unfortunately the company had not anticipated this movement of records and hence a large part of the files were not even indexed appropriately.
Looking at the Infrastructure at 10Fingers Records Centre they selected them as their records management partner.10Fingers took up the challenge & worked very closely with the employees of the company to ensure each record was properly indexed and safely transported to 10Fingers records centre. At the 10Fingers Records centre the files were properly cleaned and tagged before putting them in specially designed boxes for safe storage. The Top Management team at 10Fingers personally supervised the entire project and ensured seamless execution.
The company has had numerous retrieval requests on a frequent basis and given the efficient software developed in-house as well as extremely tight file tracking systems in place timely retrievals have been extremely easy to process.
